The villa can be rented throughout the year at the following rates :
1st June to 30th September - £800 per week
1st October to 31st May - £500 per week

Booking Conditions

The total sum of the booking must be paid one full month prior to the date of arrival. Before this date, a down payment of 40%, will be required, payable at the moment of booking the villa, this deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
